apol: have user-specified groups of "trusted" and "known problem" types

Description

1. Let the user define groups of types that can easily be defined as active or deactivated types. One group (e.g., "foo-trusted") is a group of types that would be deactivated for infoflow tests. Another group, say called "foo-Xtypes", could be deactivated for some queries, but maybe not for others.

2. Apply these groups of types for the infoflow tests.

3. Let the user save these groups to disk.
