CDS Framework is implemented as a plugin to the Eclipse SDK and is set up like other Eclipse plugins. Once Eclipse has been launched, switch to the CDS Framework Toolkit perspective by selecting Window -> Open Perspective -> Other...-> CDS Framework.
To create a new project, select New -> CDS Framework Project from the File menu. From there, walk through the New Project Wizard.
After creating a new project, add a system to the project by selecting from the File menu, New ->CDS Framework System. From there, walk through the New System Wizard.
