[Clip] regarding selinux in a clip environment

Hello all:

Linux <hostname> 2.6.18-164.el5 #1 SMP Thu Sep 3 03:28:30 EDT 2009 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Using audit2allow to create a new policy for this machine so that when I
'setenforce 1' it doesn't break my environment.

However when I try to list any modules that are loaded I get the following

 /usr/sbin/semodule -l
/usr/sbin/semodule: SELinux policy is not managed or store cannot be
accessed.

Now from my research there is some talk of setting monolithic=n in the
build.conf. Without having to do that, is there a way to place these new
audit2allow rules into the already running policy?

Any assistance would be grand.

Dan
