[Clip] Updated PAM package fixes screensaver lockout.

An updated PAM package from Redhat released today, fixes an incompatibility between pam_tally2 and the screensaver packages that make it impossible to unlock the screen because of an incorrectly checked error condition.

The pam_tally3 module in CLIP appears to have the same problem.

This testing was done with selinux set to permissive.  I understand the X and Gnome software is not in the default CLIP package selection and current SELinux policies otherwise prevent a successful login.
